By accessing or using The Bet Pool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Platform Description
The Bet Pool is a sports analytics and prediction platform. We provide AI-powered predictions, live scores, historical statistics, and performance tracking tools. We do not operate as a bookmaker or gambling operator. We do not accept, process, or facilitate real-money bets. All predictions are for informational and educational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds after purchase. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Disclaimer
Our predictions and analytics are based on statistical models and historical data. They do not guarantee outcomes. Past performance does not indicate future results. Users should exercise their own judgment and bet responsibly. The Bet Pool is not liable for any losses incurred from using our predictions.
6. Responsible Gambling

7. Intellectual Property
